
Lauren Hamama

Lauren is a certified athletic therapist. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while concurrently studying athletic therapy at York University in Toronto, Canada. After graduating, she successfully completed the Canadian board exam to become a qualified athletic therapist.
Lauren has an in-depth understanding of acute and chronic injuries. She pays special attention to the individual needs of every person. She believes in catering to each patient’s needs to achieve a successful exercise and rehabilitation program. Applying her manual skills and personalized exercises, Lauren is a firm believer in using your body to help you achieve a higher quality of life through physical activity.
Ever since coming to Israel for the first time at age 18, Lauren has felt a strong connection to the land. In the summer of 2015, Lauren made Aliyah and started to build up her practice to bring the concept of athletic therapy to Israel.
